Day 154 ‘Thames Pier’ – 29/04/10
This is my second ‘landscape blur’ post, am loving this style introduced to me by Mr Ray Rhodes! I’m finding it is great for capturing some locations that i’ve been trying to photograph for a while. This old pier is very close to my home, but i’ve not found a way to photograph it sucesfully before. But this seems to really work well as a blur shot. I am definitely going to have a few more of these shots coming up, as they seem to find a nice balance between my love of detail, but desire for abstraction.

So cool.
Cool greens. I will have to try it out for my Photo 365 project one of these days.

One of my Flickr contacts was doing this for a while. He did some really nice stuff with landscapes and flowers. This is a great abstract. Nice earthy colors.

love the columns of green under the railing…it carries just enough detail..also the blue and light background contrasts well with the foreground
Still not sure how I feel about these!!
