Last night we saw the Glee Live Tour in London’s O2 arena, here are some of the better pictures from the night. Above we have Mercedes (Amber Riley) belting out Aint No Way, below is Kurt (Chris Colfer) after his duet with Rachel (Lea Michele).

The Wablers led by Blaine (Darren Criss) performed Teenage Dream, Silly Love Songs and Raise Your Glass at the midway point of the gig and really got the crowd rocking.

Almost 365: Nothing Left to Say

Nothing Left to Say 1 960x540 Almost 365: Nothing Left to Say

Nothing Left to Say

Again i’m trawling through the un-posted images from my Project 365 year. For some reason I found myself over the course of the year being drawn in particular to the walls where the advertising had been removed. This has been cropped as a widescreen image to exaggerate the empty space which is what i like about the image. Maybe not everyones cup of tea, but this appeals to my sense of minimalism.

Almost 365: Kebab

This image was another Eggleston inspired photo taken on Day 64 of my project 365. This was capturing an empty scene in a kebab restaurant near London Bridge. Again as with alot of the image like this I can’t quite decide what i think of this picture, but there is something that draws me to this.

Almost 365: Waiting and Reading

I wanted to take the opportunity again to post up some more images that didn’t quite make it for my Project 365. This was an attempt at a more traditional Street Photography style shot whilst waiting for the Metro in Paris. I felt this worked better as a widescreen image, so this is quite heavily cropped from the original portrait photo.

‘PB’s PB’ or ‘My Personal Best’

Today I ran the 2011 Waltham Forest Half Marathon in what a personal best of ~1:50:33. Two months ago when my friend suggested i take part i hadn’t run for about 4 years, so i was really pleased to be able to achieve this. I’ll have to see if i can keep the running up, and will be checking my official time here tomorrow.

Hello Hello We Are The Geordie Boys

Hello Hello We Are The Geordie Boys 712x950 Hello Hello We Are The Geordie Boys

Hello Hello We Are The Geordie Boys

Today i was an honorary member of the Toon Army as I watched Newcastle loose 4 – 0 at Stoke. The result was not exactly a fair reflection on the game, but regardless the spirit of the Geordie fans was relentless throughout! In particular there was a an epic 10 minute rendition of “We Are The Geordie Boys” after shipping 2 goals early in the second half…

“Hello hello we are the geordie boys,
You’ll know us by our noise,
Were gonna win f*ck all this year were gonna win f*ck all,
But we still follow united!!!!!!!”

Todays photo is not a great shot, and was with my little S90 as it seemed a better fit for a football match, but it did capture the essence of the day on the Stoke terraces.
