Not sure if this photo is a massive cliche, or potentially quite interesting. This is a crop from a much larger building shot, but i particularly liked this section, and chose a high contrast, low structure, black and white processing for the image. Which i think gives this some nice clean stark lines?

This is another photo i’ve been meaning to take for a while now, i thought i should get this before the Ivy dies for the year. I liked the contrast between the green ivy and the modern street sign.
Day 279: No Image Availble
Day 279 ‘No Image Available’ – 01/09/10
This is what greets me on the back of my little Canon S90 every day, “No Image”. I couldn’t remember at lunchtime if i had taken a photo today or not, so cranked on the camera to preview mode “No Image”. Whilst not an interesting photo, this is somewhat symbolic of the daily challenge on this project, so here is an inspired, and equally uninspired photo for Day 279!
Day 278: Easy Rider

It was a beautifully sunny start to the day, and i liked this shot into the sun of this morning commuter on his bicycle. Even if this is another photo of Canary Wharf, but then this is my morning commute, so i don’t have the luxury of variety on a daily basis!
Day 275: Who Watches the Watchmen

Took the morning to wander around Shoreditch looking for photo’s this morning. My eye’s were drawn to this bright yellow piece of graffiti, which i thought would look great with a passer by…and dutifully this cyclist soon showed up!
Day 271: Lilies

I thought the angle this photo was taken from was interesting, as it almost looks like this bunch of flowers is suspended in space. This is another extreme processing shot, with the structure pushed right up to exaggerate the detail in the walls and windows, making the scene more grimy than it really is!
Day 266: Back to Business

Finally i am caught back up to todays photo!!! This is another photo taken from my desk, which shows the currently great view i have untill I move next month 
I’ll enjoy this whilst it lasts…to all those that have left comments and encouragement recently, I will start catching up soon.
Day 264: Financial Times

I’ve been meaning to take a photo of this advertising hoarding in Canary Wharf for quite some time now! I like the way this works with the brick work and the character that seems to be climbing towards the light on the wall.
Day 259: Gallery Lafayette

This was Day 2 in Paris, and we stopped into Gallery Lafayette to take a look at what was supposed to be a very grand shopping complex. As you can see from the picture, it really was a magnificently grand place, not even sure this photo does it justice!

As i sat at work, wondering what I could find to photograph today i spotted this umbrella drying in the office near me. I loved the way the lines looked with the light in the background, so here is todays photo. Which has worked out as quite a simple geometric image for the day.

I wasn’t really happy with ‘Tomb Raider’ so decided to take another photo for today. You could see this as a redux of ‘Eye Am Scared’ from my first week of the project. Whilst maybe a little cheesy, overall I am happier with this shot for today!
Day 253: Droppings
Day 253 ‘Droppings’ – 06/08/10
This morning i noticed that our dying flowers had shed some cool looking seeds(?) on the table.So as somone completing a 365 project i took a photo before tidying up! I thought this worked out pretty well, who would have thought flowers could be so interesting!!!
