Day 284: Run Rabit Run
Day 284 ‘Run Rabit Run’ – 06/09/10
It was a shame to be heading home today, this was our pup’s last run on the beach. It was great to see her running her tiny little legs off!!
Day 283: On the Beach
Day 283 ‘On the Beach’ – 05/09/10
Girlfriend and pup walking on the beach in Talybont. A deliberately minimalist composition, that i hoped would emphasise the beautiful empty landscape!
Day 142: Danger Guard Dogs
Day 142 ‘Danger Guard Dogs’– 17/04/10
Must be getting soppy, two doggy photos in a row! We thought it would be funny to sit our little Maltese Pup in front of the Danger Guard Dogs sign! We have long since resigned ourselves to the Gurad Dogs skills of Zero that she has!
Day 84: Pretty in Pink
Day 84 ‘Pretty in Pink’ – 18/02/10
Perhaps i am getting soppy as i progress through my 365, but i couldn’t resist posting up this picture of our little Maltese pup from this morning. As i munched through my breakfast toast, not in the nest of moods, i couldn’t help but be cheered up by this little face. So i grabbed a quick snap with my camera. I like the way this has come out, as an almost ghostly head, albeit with a bright pink tongue!
Day 80: White Valentine
Day 80 ‘White Valentine’ – 14/02/10
Something sweet for valentines day. This photo was slightly inspire by a photo of Tony Blair taken by Toby Melville that is in ”The Art Of Seeing”, a Reuters photography book given to me by my girlfriend for Christmas. The shot i liked showed Tony Blair at then end of long white wall waiting outside a conference, and i tried to use some of that negative space here capturing our pup!
Day 29: On Christmas Morning
Day 29 ‘On Christmas Morning’ – 25/12/09
It has been a fantastic day so far, lots of bubbly, bacon bagels and unwrapping of presents. We’re just back from walking the doggies, and settling down before we kick of the big Christmas Roast! This is a little shot of our little Maltese Pup who was VERY VERY excited this Christmas Morning
Day 16: Blood Red Tears
Day 16 ‘Blood Red Tears’ – 12/12/09
Todays photo is from the park near home, where we were walking our pup on this cold winter morning. My girlfriend pointed out the silhouette that the branch was casting on the wall as a potential candidate for todays photo. Its nice to have a shot of colour on the blog, and i like the contrast between the deep red leaves and the shadows cast on the wall. So far so good, it is day 16 and i’m still determined to make it all the way through to day 365…although i have read somewhere that as i get to day 60 my enthusiasm may be tested!

Day 15: Like Mist Becoming Rain
Day 15 ‘Like Mist Becoming Rain’ – 11/12/09
As i was walking our little Maltese pup for a walk before work, i was greeted by a eerie misty Thames this morning. I wanted to try and capture i nice moody shot, and was very lucky to have a bird fly past at the right moment to add a little interest to the shot. I was torn between this wide crop, and a more close up shot with the bird on the hitting the rule of thirds point, but i decided i liked my eye to wander along the thames.
